Karun Srivastava holds a Masters degree from Lucknow University and is a retired civil servant with 38 years of experience in governance and administration. Mr. Srivastava has served as Municipal Commissioner of Mumbai, Metropolitan Commissioner and Chairman of the Finance Commission for Government of Maharashtra, lending his knowledge to the Ministry of Works and Government of India’s Housing Ministry.

Mr V Rajkumar is a senior Executive Director at Avighna Group. He has established and managed 15 companies across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India and Turkey. He was also the head of a multinational company headquartered in Dubai. Mr. Rajkumar brings his rich experience in the real-estate domain to the fore as a business consultant for developers and architects.

A Bachelor of Commerce with a Master’s Degree from Fortune Institute of International Business, Mr. Kathuria is a financial consultant. Having served as the CFO of State Bank of India and as CEO of a Hinduja Group company, Mr. Kathuria has a deep understanding of the banking sector. He has also worked as a Director at the National Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Ms Ramnath holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from VJTI and an MBA in Finance from the University of Bombay, besides having attended an Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. With nearly three decades of experience in the Indian financial sector, Ms Ramnath’s expertise spans investment banking, structured finance and private equity. In 2009, she founded Multiples Alternate Asset Management, a private equity advisory firm which oversees a corpus of over USD 400-million.

Having passed with Honours in Economics from Delhi University and with a Masters in Linguistics from JNU, Mr Dass served as a Senior Advisor at KPMG, creating strategic business practices that optimize synergies between business sectors. Dass’ forte is strong business relationships and through his 32-year career, he has worked in domestic and international banking markets, developing a global approach to business strategies.

Rated among the finest advocates and solicitors in the real estate sector, Mr Vaidya is a partner at Kanga and Company, one of the oldest law firms in Mumbai. Lending his expertise in real estate matters, he serves as Director of public companies such as Siyaram Silk Mills and Apcotex Industries. In the past, he has served as President of the Rotary Club of Bombay and in his spare time, acts as the Vice President of Indian Merchants' Chamber.

Mr. Saraf is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of expertise in Accounts, Finance and Taxation. Having been associated with Avighna Group for the past 22 years, Mr. Saraf has not only been handling the Group’s Finance Department with expertise and authority, but has also been entrusted with fiscal responsibilities and matters of financial diligence that are crucial to the Group’s operations.

Mr. Rungta is a Chartered Accountant, with additional qualifications as Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and a Bachelor of Law. Before joining Avighna, he was associated with assignments in sectors varying from steel manufacturing unit and a pipeline project to a chemical manufacturing unit and a construction firm. With more than three decades of expertise in the fields of Project Execution, Purchase and Finance, Mr. Rungta ensures seamless coordination and smooth functioning across teams.

Mr. Somani has 13 years of expertise in Finance with core competency in Indirect Taxation. He has mastered the skills of compliances as required by statutory audits by law and manages MIS with regards to budget and cash flow management like a pro.

A certified Chartered Accountant, Mr. Dungarwal has over three decades of expertise in the field of Accounts, Finance, Sales administration, Audit and Retail Operations. He has also spearheaded multiple projects in Consumer Durables and Retail Industry.

Mr. Dungarwal has also played a key role in implementing SAP across functions in multiple organisations.

A celebrated civil engineer, Mr.Chowdhury has expertise in constructing High Rise Tower, Industrial Structures, Infrastructures across India for over 30 years. Prior to Avighna, Mr.Chowdhury has served 25 years at one of the renowned construction company where he successfully led multiple construction projects as Techno commercial head.

A former Captain of the Indian Army Corps of Signals, Mr.Gopalkrishnanis the Chairman & Managing Director of the prestigious ElemecGroup in UAE. He has played an instrumental role in leading electromechanical works for One AvighnaPark and AvighnaIX for Avighnagroup. In his long career span of over five decades, Mr.Gopalkrishnanhas spearheaded MEP works of multiple airports, high rise towers, showrooms and malls across UAE, India, Oman and Qatar.

Decorated with the President’s Medal for his outstanding services, Mr.Dixit serviced the Indian Police Services (IPS) for nearly four decades. A retired DGP of Maharashtra, Mr.Dixit has also worked as DG for the Anti-Corruption Bureau. At present, Mr.Dixit is extending his services as the Vice Chairman (Administrative) in Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal at Mumbai.

With four decades of expertise in providing high quality advisory and assurance services, Mr.T.P. Ostwalis a seasoned professional and Managing Partner of T.P.Ostwaland Associates LLP, Mumbai. He has contributed many paper reports on Indian tax position and is a regular speaker on subjects of International Taxation and other subjects including Company Law at various forums in India and abroad. He is also a co-author of publication “Transfer Pricing Manual” & also Black Money Act, An Analysis 2015.
